CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be sent by email to esars2026@toulouse-inp.fr. The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before September 23, 2026, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations received after September 23, 2026.
• Any registration made via purchase order is subject to these cancellation conditions. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after September 23, 2026 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program is subject to change.
